Our Story

Started in 1996 by Christopher and Adrienne Kimball, Two Pigs Farm is a family owned and operated maple sugarbush, sugarhouse, and apiary located in southwestern Vermont. Our small batch maple syrup is made from fresh, filtered sap each spring and bottled by hand on the farm. Our raw honey is collected with careful consideration for the health of our bees and bottled by hand. We work hard to ensure our products are of the highest quality and in the process, are committed to increasing the health and productivity of our landscape. The vitality of our forests and fields is critical to the well-being of not only our maple trees and honeybees, but the local wildlife as well. Our products are a unique reflection of this vibrant ecological community, transporting a taste of place to your plate.
