Returns & Replacements
Section 1. Returns
We accept returns ONLY of unopened, still sealed, resalable merchandise. We do not offer refunds for gift cards. They can be used only to purchase merchandise on our site.
Section 2. Replacements & Refunds
Since all of our merchandise is packaged in glass, your order may break or leak in transit. If so, we are more than happy to send you a replacement or refund your order. To process your request, please send a photo of your damaged order to us here, along with your order number or name on the order, and your preference of a replacement or refund. We may ask you to keep the packaging for UPS to inspect, if we find it necessary to file a claim with them. This rarely happens.
If you elect for a replacement, we will ship it to you via ground service at no additional charge.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Section 3. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We will replace damaged sales items when inventory allows.
Section 4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us here.
Section 5. Gifts
If your order was placed as a gift and shipped directly to you and arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement or issue you a gift card for the order value.
