Take a behind-the-scenes tour of our sugaring operation. The process begins at the trees, where we collect sap with plastic tubing and a vacuum system. The sap is then filtered and boiled into delicious syrup. the best part of the process, by far! Once boiled, it is filtered into drums for storage until we can bottle. We then filter it once more before bottling, ensuring a golden, clear final product. Hot syrup is poured into hot bottles, capped, and shipped off to you!
