Our light grade syrup is buttery smooth with a clean finish. Light syrup is typically produced earlier in the sugaring season. We particularly enjoy it in classic ways, like on golden pancakes and crisp waffles, and have grown to love it on hot cereal, ice cream & yogurt as well. The rich flavor adds a light touch to each dish, be it sweet or savory. Each bottle of syrup is double-filtered for purity and is filled by hand.
Recipe Tip:Try it in your next vinaigrette! When your bottle is running low, leave the remaining syrup at the bottom and add vinegar and oil of your choice. We like to add a little dijon mustard and chopped shallots as well. Shake it up and start drizzling!
Please note: Grade A, Amber syrup is defined as that with a light transmittance of 50% to 74.9% and with rich taste. Each bottle will display natural variations within this range.
